Archana Rao

Archana Rao is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Unity Technologies. Her team is responsible for building and scaling all the systems and processes used by employees and business functions at Unity. Archana has more than 20 years of experience setting systems strategy and partnering with business leaders to build and scale corporate systems. Prior to Unity, Archana served as the CIO of Atlassian where she led all aspects of Global IT during a time of tremendous growth. She has also held various senior leadership roles at Veritas, Symantec and Cisco. Archana holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Mysore University, India.
