Soledad Guilera

Soledad Guilera is the AI & Public Policy Program Director at the School of Government of Torcuato Di Tella University (Argentina). She serves as an advisor to Urban AI, is a member of the GovAI US Coalition, and is an expert, speaker, and professor of Government, AI, and Smart Cities. She was also a lecturer at UC Berkeley. A graduate of Columbia University, Soledad led Bloomberg’s What Works Cities Certification in Latin America and advised the Argentine Presidency on its 2030 Strategy. Now based in the Bay Area, her current research focuses on Technology & the Human Factor, exploring ways to preserve and certify human creativity and authenticity in an increasingly automated landscape.
