Vlad Tenev

Vlad Tenev is Chief Executive Officer and President of Robinhood Markets and Chair of Robinhood's Board of Directors. In 2013, he co-founded Robinhood to democratize finance for all. From 2013 to November 2020, Vlad served alongside Baiju Bhatt as Co-CEO and Co-President. Before Robinhood, he started two finance companies in New York City. Vlad is also Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Harmonic, which aims to build the world's most advanced reasoning engine. Vlad holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Stanford University, an M.S. in Mathematics from UCLA, and FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses.
